The fully SUPERVISION® compatible lateral launch system with the satellite crawler SVR SAT140 and the cable reel SVA SAT120 is an ideal extension for the SUPERVISION® pipeline inspection system. iPEK engineers have combined the strong feed force of the crawler systems with the best features of a push camera in this system. The powerful feed unit, the special push rod and the highly flexible PTP70 camera offer everything, an advanced lateral launch system needs.

Using the lateral launch system requires no additional control panel. The innovative and intuitive control panel of the SUPERVISION® system is the only required operating panel in addition to the keyboard. Users of an existing SUPER VISION® system can simply update the existing control panel without having to buy a new one.

Components

Cable reel SVA SAT120

The special SVA SAT120 cable reel is adapted exactly to the high requirements of a lateral launch System. This sophisticated system holds 90 m camera cable and 30 m push rod available on 2 integrated reels. The special SUPERVISION® push rod is highly bend-resistant while offering maximum flexibility – to get around every corner.

When used with the SUPER VISION® system, the cable reel is fully compatible to the SVA350 and SVA500 cable reels.

Crawler SVR SAT140

The new crawler system SVR SAT140 has been designed on the basis of the tried and tested SUPERVISION® SVR140 crawler. The new system has been complemented with a powerful feed unit, featuring a snap-in technology for easy mounting of the push rod and the satellite. The application scope of the SVR SAT140 crawler ranges from pipe diameter 150 mm to around 600 mm. Get started and break new grounds.

PTP70 Pan&Tilt camera

The brandnew pan & tilt camera PTP70 is an enhanced development of the PipeBus® technology of iPEK. Whose optical functions are a benchmark standard in the industry. We have added several specific key features. The illumination is optimised for the inspection angle of the camera; the mechanical pan & tilt functions are well protected; the auto self levelling makes for easy handling and the camera incorporates an integral transmission sonde with choice of frequencies. The flexibility of the camera allows passage through several bends in a 100mm ( 6 ") pipe.
